Surfin' Monks Triple
Our So-Cal Belgian Triple Ale is brewed with Belgian Candi syrup, dried sweet orange peel, cumin, American hops, and Belgian Yeast. The result is a deceivingly strong ale with big, juicy citrus flavors, complex fruit flavors from the yeast, and moderate bitterness from the hops.

Eagle Rock, Los Angeles, CA. Extra Pale Ale is a variation on American pale ale–bright and refreshing with a substantial hop presence. Light-gold in color, Revolution XPA's subtle malt backbone and medium body balance it's hop bitterness. Dryhopping delivers big hop aromas with the essence of nectar fruit, citrus, and freshly cut grass. As these assertive flavors recede a hint of bready malt rounds out the finish. Little Red Ryeding Hood
Our West style Red Ale brewed with Rye Malt. Caramel/Toffee Malt flavors combine with the spicy Rye Malt to gove it complex malt notes. Cascade hops give a nice citrus balance without overpowering the malt. Little Red is also dry-hopped with Falconer's 7C's.

Timber Wolf Bourbon-Oaked Red Ale
Our american-style red ale that's aged with heavy toast american oak that has been soaked in Jack Daniels and Jim Beam bourbon. Sweet bourbon flavors with a hint of vanilla and oak combines with caramel from the malt and balanced by a good amount of bitterness from the hops.
Awards: Timber Wolf won the gold medal at the 2007 L.A. County Fair in the Wood-Aged Beer category.
